So I've started the food journal, and am simply keeping track in a draft e-mail.  Where do we add up and post our points?  So far, so good.  Just knowing what's coming in the future weeks, is already motivating me.  So, for example, we're not on the exercise week yet, but I took a 20-minute walk today just to get into the swing of things.
