Okay, so for Week 2 I kept the food diary and stayed "on" track for every day except one: 12 points for that week.
This third week, I deliberately allowed myself to get "off" track for three days, and since I did that very deliberately, and since two of those days I was on vacation and the third one I was attending a little girl's first birthday party, I'm going to call those okay.
(And I'm going to do the same next week, with Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.)
I'm still keeping track of points, and I'm enjoying eating salads and veggies and fruits, even fruits I don't normally enjoy, like apples.
